Maple Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Try out this recipe for your next meal prep! It holds well for up to 3 days, and is also macro friendly. The maple and the bacon combination adds a sweet and savory element, and with it being an air fryer recipe, the veggies come out crispy and delicious!

Unfortunately, I didn't think to take more than one picture, lol. I always forget to take pictures of the cooking process! Once I remake it, I will update the post, but for the time being, enjoy and let me know if you liked it!


- 9oz fresh Brussels sprouts, halved

- 3 tbsp. maple syrup (the real stuff!)

- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

- 4 strips thick-cut, uncured bacon

- Salt & pepper (to taste)


  1. Halve your Brussels sprouts and chop the bacon into small pieces. Add both ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add the maple syrup, olive oil, and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients until the Brussels sprouts and the bacon is evenly covered in the maple/oil/seasonings mixture.

  3. Add to your air fryer, and air fry at 375F for approximately 8-12 minutes (depending on how crispy you want your veggies), tossing halfway through.

  4. Serve immediately or allow to cool and store for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
